As a Ph.D. student at the Rinker School of Construction Management, Hashem had the opportunity to be coached for more effective teaching by his doctoral committee chair, Dr. Ian Flood, and co-chair, Dr. Charles Kibert. Hashem has been trained to be a better teacher through collaboration in course preparation, course delivery, and course management as a co-instructor. As a part of this experience Hashem has been a co-instructor for the following courses:
